Having rebuilt a home after a devastating flood and relocating six times for her husband’s career, Jackie has experienced the
challenges of starting over. Rebuilding and creating a sense of home in new communities is where Jackie shines. Her moving experiences gave her resilience and a deep empathy for others facing major transitions—qualities that have shaped her 24-year career in real estate.
Moving isn’t just about finding a house—it’s about gaining clarity so that making decisions and building a life you love has a path and a process. With nearly 25 years of experience, including multiple personal relocations, and two major home renovations of her own, Jackie knows the emotions and challenges behind every move. Her
promise is simple: provide first-class service and guide clients with unwavering advocacy, honesty, strategic expertise, and deep market knowledge, so every decision feels intentional, and every outcome feels right.
Before becoming a REALTOR ®, Jackie worked as a teacher, honing her ability to listen, guide, and create clear plans to help others succeed. Today, she is a highly experienced real estate advisor guiding her clients with tailored precision, strategic expertise, and deep market knowledge in the areas she serves. Jackie’s known for being clever and resourceful in solving challenges, skilled in navigating negotiations, and deeply invested in managing timelines, compliance, and carrying the load, so the buying/selling process feels as stress-free as possible.
Over the years, Jackie has helped clients in urban, suburban, and rural locations, working with historic homes, modern estates, condos, new construction, and farms. She has a special connection to Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, having lived in each community. Her relationships and experiences run deep, and she continues to draw on those connections when serving clients. Jackie uncovers opportunities others might miss and protects her clients from costly missteps; whether they’re buying, selling, relocating or investing. Jackie advocates for her clients as if it’s her home, finances, and future on the line.
Jackie’s own experiences with two major home renovations, including restoring an 1880s historic home and rebuilding her Brentwood home after a devastating flood, gave her firsthand knowledge of the renovation process and access to trusted resources she now shares with clients. She taught herself about sourcing materials and keeping costs under control and learned how to make wise design selections and shape the direction of a project. Jackie uses her expertise and influence to help clients with everything from preparing homes for sale to renovating or personalizing new spaces, with an eye for maximizing investment.
When clients work with Jackie, they’re not just buying or selling a house—they’re gaining a partner and advisor who listens deeply, strategizes thoughtfully, and negotiates fiercely on their behalf. She wants her clients to feel
confident, cared for, and excited about their next chapter. Because Jackie understands what it means to be uprooted, she also knows the importance of landing somewhere that truly feels like home. She supports clients well beyond closing and remains their trusted real estate resource for many years to come.
The lessons of the past 30 years have become the foundation of Jackie’s life’s work. Whether as a teacher guiding students or a realtor guiding clients, she has always found joy in helping people find their place—literally and figuratively. For over two decades in real estate, she has leaned on the same strengths that helped her navigate relocations and renovations: curiosity about people, empathy for their challenges, enthusiasm to solve problems, and a talent for creating clarity when life feels overwhelming. Jackie sees her role as standing in the space between where her clients are and where they want to be—and guiding them there with genuine care, expertise, and resourcefulness.
Jackie has built a reputation for excellence in luxury and relocation markets, while also serving local clients across all price ranges. Jackie understands the complexity of major moves and the importance of finding not just a house, but a true sense of home. That personal experience gives her a unique empathy for her clients and a refined ability to create actionable plans, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results. Jackie’s background as a teacher sharpened her ability to listen, organize, and create clear strategies, while her experience selling and renovating real estate for over 24 years has built an incredible understanding of the market, cultivated a wide professional network, and a passion and enthusiasm to
connect with people to help them succeed.
Today Jackie enjoys living in Brentwood, TN, with her husband Doug, son Nate, and dog Bowie, and cheering on her daughter, Nathalie in college. Jackie is an avid traveler, fitness enthusiast, mountain biker, kickboxer, tennis enthusiast, and attends community workouts to stay active and connected with friends. Jackie serves on the board at the Wildwood Swim and Tennis Club, is active with the Middle Tennessee West Point Parent Association and recently began coaching on the Brentwood Middle and High School Mountain Bike Team.
Sincerely,
